KOREAN RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
3 cups Italian bread crumbs
2 Eggs
1/2cup milk
3 cups flour
salt & black pepper to taste
pork cutlet
vegetable oil
A1 sauce or Korean DonKatsu sauce
STEPS:
- Put pork cutlets on top of cling wrap and fold it to cover the meat.
- Tenderize the meat evenly. Remove it from the cling wrap and season it with salt and pepper. Set it aside
- Spread out the bread crumbs on a plate.
- Spread flour on another plate and season it with salt and pepper
- Lightly beat egg with milk in a bowl repeat.
- Put meat and cover with flour and dip it in the egg repeat this again then cover with breadcrumbs. Then set aside.
- Pour and heat up vegetable oil into pot/wok more than enough to cover up the meat when its placed into the pan.
- Once you place the meat into the pan, the meat will be ready to take out when it rises to the top and the bread crumbs are a good golden, brownish color.
- For the sauce, you can heat up the A1 sauce on low heat, and mix in some sugar or bbq to sweeten up the sauce a bit. Just A1 sauce by itself tastes really good too. Or you can try buying the Korean DonKatsu sauce.
