INGREDIENTS:
2 chicken breasts
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp traditional corn syrup or honey
2 tbsp rice wine
1 stalk onion leek
Black pepper ground
Roasted sesame seeds to sprinkle
MARINATING SAUCE
3 tbsp red chili pepper flakes
2 jalapenos
½ cup Pear
¼ onion
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp spicy yellow mustard
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp honey
STEPS:
- Rinse chicken breasts in cold water and cut into bite-size pieces
- Mix chicken with soy sauce, sugar, honey, rice wine and ground pepper.
- Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Use blender to puree all marinating sauce ingredients together. Set aside.
- On a frying pan or skillet, put chicken, marinade mixture, pear and onion and cook it in a medium heat until tender and cooked. Add black pepper, sesame oil to taste and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Topped with onion leek and roasted sesame seeds.
- Serve it hot.
