Vitamin C boosts and strengthens immune systems, it aids the proper absorption of iron and maintains healthy tissues. If you have enough Vitamin C in your body, you have less chances of getting sick and other illnesses.

This small fruit contains about 12mg of Vitamin C. You might not eat only one if you have bought this. If you eat four strawberries, you might consume 45-50mg of the nutrients. Eat about seven strawberries and you will fulfill the daily need.

Grapefruit Juice

Grapefruit juice is another citric fruit that you may want to eat. You can consume 60mg for eating 3/4 cups of it.

Red Sweet Pepper
