How to Debone a Whole Chicken


This is a very impressive and challenging way of deboning a whole chicken without cutting it into pieces.

Most Filipinos do this for the recipe "Rellenong Manok" or Stuffed Chicken. They usually prepare this during a special occasion.

Before trying this technique make sure you defrost your chicken first and use your sharp paring knife.
