FILIPINO RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 lb pork shoulder,cut into thin slices

1/4lb por liver,cut thin slices

1 pork heart, cut thin slices

1 pork kidney,cut thin slices

1 can green peas

1 red pepper,sliced

4 garlic,minced

1 medium onion,chopped

3 pcs. Bay leaf

1/ 4 cup soy sauce

Vinegar enough to cover liver

3 tbsp fish sauce

1 tsp ground black pepper

STEPS:

  • Marinate liver in vinegar
  • Saute fat, meat, heart and kidney, onion and garlic
  • Add bay leaf
  • Add fish sauce and sauté for 5 minutes
  • Add soy sauce and let it simmer then sauté
  • Add bell pepper
  • Add salt and pepper to taste
